Privacy Policy
The Devil's Door is an event operated by DemiGod House LLP. This policy explains what we collect when you book, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Booking details you give us: name, WhatsApp number, email, city and the names of other guests.
- Payment reference: the UPI reference (UTR) or payment ID you submit. We never see or store your UPI PIN, card or bank credentials; payments are handled by your UPI app or bank.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp or email.
Why we use it
To match your payment, confirm your booking, admit you at the door, contact you about the event (venue reveal, timing changes) and answer your questions.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not publish guest lists. We share data only with service providers who help run the event, and only as needed.
Website storage
The website stores small preferences in your own browser (whether you chose sound, and progress in the website games). Nothing from that is sent to us.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires, then deleted.
