Refund & Cancellation
The Devil's Door is an event operated by DemiGod House LLP. Refunds are issued by DemiGod House LLP to the account the payment came from.
Your refund options
- Up to 72 hours before doors: full refund on request.
- Within 72 hours of doors: no refund, but you may transfer your ticket to another guest of the same ticket type once, free, by messaging us on WhatsApp.
- No-shows are not refunded.
If we cancel or move the night
If the event is cancelled, every ticket is refunded in full. If it is rescheduled, your ticket moves to the new date; if you cannot attend, ask for a full refund within 7 days of the announcement.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent to the original UPI account or payment method within 7–10 working days. Failed or duplicate payments are refunded the same way.
Payment information
- Payee: DemiGod House LLP. Your UPI app will show this name; it is the legal entity that operates The Devil's Door.
- UPI ID:
- Amounts: Male ticket ₹3,100, Female ticket ₹1,500, inclusive of all taxes. Pay the exact total shown at checkout.
- Proof: submit your UPI reference (UTR) when you book and keep the receipt from your app.
- We will never ask for your UPI PIN, OTP or card details.
