Terms & Conditions
The Devil's Door is an event operated by DemiGod House LLP. These terms apply to every ticket for The Devil's Door. By booking, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
The Devil's Door is an immersive Halloween event presented by DemiGod House and operated by DemiGod House LLP ("we", "us"). DemiGod House LLP sells the tickets and receives every payment.
2. Booking information
- Tickets: Male ticket ₹3,100 and Female ticket ₹1,500, per person, inclusive of all taxes.
- How to book: choose your tickets, enter your details, pay the exact total to the DemiGod House LLP UPI QR, then submit your UPI reference (UTR).
- Confirmation: a booking is confirmed only after we match your payment. We confirm on WhatsApp, usually within 24 hours. Keep your UPI receipt.
- At the door: show your booking reference and valid photo ID. The name on the booking must match one guest's ID.
- One ticket admits one guest, once. Re-entry is at the door team's discretion.
3. Age and entry
The night (8 PM → 3 AM) is strictly 18+. We may refuse entry to anyone without valid ID, anyone intoxicated or anyone who puts others at risk, without refund.
4. Conduct and safety
- Costumes are welcome. Real or realistic weapons, masks that hide identity at security, and open flames are not allowed.
- Say "out" in any room and a team member will walk you out.
- The 5D theatre has motion and physical effects. Guests who are pregnant or have heart, back or motion-sensitivity conditions should not ride it.
5. Line-up and changes
The DJ is revealed one day prior to the event. The chef is not named in advance. The line-up may change. Rooms, domes, games and timings may change for safety or operational reasons. These changes do not entitle you to a refund unless the event itself is cancelled (see the Refund Policy).
6. Movie Worlds
The Movie Worlds and domes are fan-made environments inspired by horror films. They are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any studio or rights holder.
7. Photography
The event may be photographed and filmed. If you do not want to appear in published material, tell the team on arrival.
8. Liability
You attend at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, DemiGod House LLP is not liable for loss of personal belongings or for indirect loss.
9. Competitions, prizes and website games
- Costume and reel titles (The Stranger, The Cursed Pair, The Unhinged, The Final Cut) and their purses are judged on the night by judges appointed by DemiGod House LLP. Judges' decisions are final.
- Prize-wall prizes, eligibility and any draw mechanics are governed by these terms and administered by DemiGod House LLP.
- Games on the website (the trials, the Devil's Door Pass and their rewards) are for entertainment only. Playing them does not enter you into any draw or entitle you to any prize. Any reward code shown on the website has no cash value unless these terms say otherwise.
- Winners may need to show ID and may be photographed for announcements. Prize taxes, if any, follow Indian law.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
